Payment Methods
MoneyBend accepts most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay), PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.
Pre-Orders
We strive to ship your pre-orders by the date shown in the product listing; however, this may be delayed due to the present circumstances in Australia and across the world. All shipment updates and adjustments will be communicated to you. During this challenging period, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you order a pre-ordered item, it will be fulfilled at the time of purchase, which means a shipping label will be generated and an email will be sent to you, but the item will not be dispatched until the date shown in the product listing.
Dispatch
MoneyBend products are hand-made products. Once an order is placed, it is locked for processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
We dispatch within 3-5 business days from the initial order. Please allow an extra 5 days for processing time for special product launches, promotions, or occasions such as the holidays when many orders are placed at once.
If your order is received after 3 pm, processing will begin the next business day. Please note that new orders will NOT be processed on the weekends, National/State/Region/ Public Holidays (we are based in Victoria, Australia).
Australian Shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders made on separate occasions (e.g. two separate days), and shipping will be charged for each separate order.
No P.O. Box Deliveries: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box delivery addresses. Orders with a P.O. Box delivery address will be cancelled and reimbursed.
When your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking code so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery timeframes vary substantially depending on the shipping address you provide us; depending on your address, the shipping can be delivered from 3 to 10 business days in Australia.
Australian Shipping Delays
Please note that, due to unforeseen situations, estimated delivery timeframes may change from time to time. Cancellations of national flights, National/State/ Region-specific restrictions and transit times may create delays. Please plan ahead and anticipate delays and unexpected delivery times. MoneyBend is not responsible for cancellations of national flights, National/State/Region-specific restrictions, transit times, staff shortages, or strikes. MoneyBend is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or harm you, or a third party may incur due to a change in estimated delivery timeframes.

MoneyBend offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders valued over $130 within Australia. Please note that this offer does not apply to Express Shipping if you choose that option.
For orders under $130, the standard shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on weight as below:

International Shipping
MoneyBend is an Australian-owned company, and we ship to New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Ireland.
All international shipping prices are in Australian Dollars, and all orders will be sent as 'standard parcels' via Australia Post. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on weight and destination as below:

MoneyBend reserves the right to select the most appropriate method of shipping. We will always endeavour to provide the safest, quickest and most cost-effective shipping methods.
Furthermore, our shipping price does not include any import tariffs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for paying all tariffs, fees and taxes. Always check with your country's customs agency before making a purchase to determine these specific prices.

Shipping Problems Due To Incorrect Address
You will be liable for paying the shipping charges for the return of the original products and the replacement items if shipment problems or delays occur as a result of an error from your side (for example, you submitted incorrect shipping information). No refund or replacement will be available if a product is lost due to incorrect shipping information provided.
'Change of Mind' Return Policy
We understand that buying something online is challenging since you can't touch and feel the item. And, we recognise how vital it is for our consumers to be able to return an item they no longer desire.
With MoneyBend's 30-day return policy, send the MoneyBend product back for a full refund, provided that the following 'Change of Mind' conditions are met:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase (the invoice date).
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
- As new, and has not been used or opened, and has all original packaging and tags, and seals intact.
- In a resalable condition
- Not damaged in any way
- Return Product Confirmation (see below)
- The product is not a Special Exception (see below)
If the returns criteria are not fully met, we are unable to refund you for a change of mind return.
Return Product Confirmation:
Before returning any MoneyBend product for 'change of mind', you must email us at info@moneybend.com and let us know:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Your reason for 'change of mind'
- Photos of the product confirming the condition of the product meets the above change of mind conditions
When 'change of mind' conditions are met, we will send you a 'Return Product Confirmation' within 2 business days. For a full refund, please send this 'return product confirmation' together with the product.

We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage. Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 days. Store credit will be granted if the original payment method has expired or been revoked.
Special Exception for 'Change of Mind' Returns:
Returns will not be provided on the following types of products for 'change of mind' or mistake orders unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee:
- Custom-made, personalised, and altered products
- Gift Cards, vouchers, and third-party gifts
- Markdown/sale and clearance items
- Digital, downloadable and printable products
- Gift boxes
MoneyBend may refuse to accept items returned for Change of Mind if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern, as well as restrict or reject future transactions from such individuals in order to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers and to prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of this policy.
'Change of Mind' Exchange
We regret that exchanges can only be made for faulty or wrong products. If you seek exchange as a result of 'change of mind':
- Return the 'Change of Mind' product to us if it meets our 'change of mind return policy' and 'special exception' as above.
- Make a new order for the new product you seek
Faulty or Wrong Products
If the product you buy from MoneyBend.com is faulty, we will refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product.
If you receive a faulty product or a wrong product due to an error from our side, please contact us as soon as you can at info@moneybend.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your reason for return, exchange or repair
- Photos or videos of the product confirming the condition of the product together with a note
MoneyBend reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality before providing you with a suitable remedy.
Once we receive the item and they have been inspected and deemed faulty;
- You will receive a replacement product at no charge, or
- A refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
MoneyBend will not give a refund, exchange or repair a product if you:
- Used the product
- Purchased a reduced-price item where the fault was written on the product's tag or online description
- Damaged the product due to misuse, negligence, or abnormal use
